I live in another state and sent flowers to my sister, who had just gotten engaged, and mixed up the days when she would be home (on Valentine's Day, no less!). The driver returned the flowers to the shop and redelivered them the next day when she was home. They were also beautiful! I'm so impressed with the quality of the product and the customer service.
